Text chat works without a camera or microphone. Video chat lets you talk face to face after checking your camera. Both work in a supported browser without an account.
A topic makes it easier to begin
Add a hobby, a favourite game or a subject you want to discuss. You can change interests while chatting for your next match. Random can match anyone; Interests only requires a shared topic.
Wait for a real person
Who is available matters more than the total online count. People may already be in conversations or have different preferences. If the queue is quiet, broaden your search or return later.
Start simply, leave freely
