A conversation without the camera
Open text chat, add optional interests and press Start. Once you are matched, type a message or send a GIF. Your saved interests and matching preference carry over from the homepage in the same browser.
Choose the kind of match you want
Random mode keeps the pool broad. Interests only matches people who share at least one of your interests, with no fallback to unrelated people. You can edit interests during a chat for your next match. Language preferences are available too.
A small queue or restrictive preferences can increase waiting time. There is no guaranteed instant match. Learn about interests and matching.
You choose when to leave
Use Next when you want another conversation and Stop when you want a break. If a confirmation appears, confirm to leave the current chat. Report a conversation using the report control if someone breaks the rules.
No public profile; sensible privacy
You do not need to supply a name, email address or public profile. Messages and connection information are processed for service operation and moderation. Text and GIF messages are retained for up to 30 days. Avoid sharing your address, passwords, financial details or information that identifies someone else.
