1. Age Requirement

All users must be 18 years of age or older to use whodis.chat. By accessing the platform, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to terminate access for any user who is found to be under 18.

2. Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and may result in an immediate ban:

• Abusive, threatening, or harassing language directed at other users
• Hate speech, discrimination, or targeting based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic
• Sharing or displaying sexually explicit, pornographic, or obscene content
• Promoting violence, self-harm, or illegal activities
• Spamming, advertising, or soliciting other users
• Bullying, intimidation, or deliberately causing distress to other users

3. Content Restrictions

During video chats, your camera feed should show your face clearly. The following are not permitted:

• Displaying pre-recorded content, images, or text instead of a live video feed
• Using filters, masks, or effects designed to obscure your identity for malicious purposes
• Broadcasting content that violates any of the prohibited conduct rules above

4. Technical Violations

Users must not attempt to compromise the platform through technical means, including but not limited to:

• Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the service
• Attempting to extract personal data from other users
• Using deepfakes or AI-generated media to impersonate others
• Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities in the platform

5. Personal Information

For your safety, we strongly recommend not sharing the following during conversations:

• Full legal name
• Social media accounts or usernames
• Phone numbers or email addresses
• Physical addresses or locations
• Financial information (bank details, credit card numbers, etc.)

6. Moderation

We use a multi-layered moderation system combining automated detection with human review. Our moderation team may temporarily capture session data for review purposes. This data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and deleted after review.

7. Reporting

If you encounter behavior that violates these rules, please use the built-in reporting tools. All reports are reviewed and appropriate action is taken, which may include temporary or permanent bans.

8. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your conduct on whodis.chat. By using the platform, you agree to abide by these rules and accept that violations may result in the termination of your access without prior notice.
